What we collect

When you buy: the name you choose, your email address (from Stripe), the content you submit, the amount, dates and the Stripe identifiers of your payment, plus the time of your consent, the version of the terms you accepted, and your IP address and browser at that moment. Stripe collects your card details; we never see them.

When you report an ad: the text you write, the email you choose to leave, and a one-way hash of your IP address, to limit abuse.

We use no analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie is the session of the administration panel, which visitors never get.

Why

To run the site (show the history, email you when someone takes the screen, send your receipt and order confirmation), to comply with tax and accounting law, to prove the contract and defend against fraud and payment disputes, and to prevent abuse. Legal basis: the contract with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and defending our rights.

Who sees it

The name, content, amount and dates are public in the history. Your email, IP address and browser are not. Providers that process data for us: Stripe (payments and disputes), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare (images and anti-bot check) and Anthropic (automatic content filter: your display name, headline, link domain and image are sent for review).

How long

The history stays public for as long as the site exists. Email, payment and consent records are kept as long as tax law requires (currently six years in Spain). Reports are deleted after one year.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion (except what tax law or the public record of the history requires us to keep), portability or objection by writing to hello@stealmyad.com.
